What is time for me.
Time is running out, time is a gift, sometimes it is ferocious, other time it is a friend; we cannot understand it, we can only welcome it. Each created piece has its own time. At the beginning of a job, I always need to assimilate the text for which I will design sets and costumes; I have to get into it, I have to metabolize it, I have to listen to what it tells me. The process by which I reprocess the acquired information takes time. I'm convinced that haste is the worst enemy of creativity, I'm equally convinced that repetition and training are the best allies. Every minute spent with artistic creation is time beautifully played, it is a great declaration of love towards the creator himself and towards the viewer.
Il tempo del creare
Che cos'è il tempo per me.
Il tempo corre, il tempo è un regalo, a volte è feroce, altre volte è amico; non lo possiamo comprendere, solo accogliere.
Ogni opera creata ha un suo tempo. All'inizio di un lavoro io ho sempre la necessità di assimilare il testo per il quale disegnerò le scene e i costumi, devo entrarci dentro, devo metabolizzarlo, devo ascoltare quello che mi dice.
Il processo secondo il quale rielaboro le informazioni acquisite richiede un tempo. Sono convinta che la fretta sia la peggior nemica della creatività, sono altrettanto convinta che la ripetitività e l'allenamento siano i migliori alleati.
Ogni minuto passato con la creazione artistica è tempo giocato splendidamente, è una grande dichiarazione d'amore verso il creatore stesso e verso lo spettatore.
